My condominium is located on the 11th floor of South Seas Tower 1. The views from both the balcony off master bedroom and living room as well as the entry view shown below are breathtaking and offer elegant serenity.

South Seas Towers offers a luxury resort community with direct access to a beach that is over 3 ½ miles of shell studded white sand. The Gulf of Mexico's blue green water is one of Marco Island’s most magnificent natural features. South Seas Towers Club, and the surrounding grounds, is filled with exotic trees like banyan, bamboo, banana, papaya, coconut, jacaranda, and of course, many varieties of palms; tropical vines like allemande, bougainvillea, jasmine, passion flower; shrubs like camellia, kabana, hibiscus. South Seas Club offers the best of both worlds. It is the only complex that offers beach and boat docks.

Amenities with my condominium include: a full compliment of linens, iron and board, access to a laundry room on each floor, cable TV with DVD in living room, stereo and CD player in living room, phone and answering machine in master suite. My unit kitchen supplies include; microwave, 2 coffee makers, blender, toaster, mini Cuisenart, an abundant supply of dishes, silverware, pots,, pans, glasses for champagne, wines, margarita’s, cocktails, serving trays and dishes. You need not bring anything! All you need to do is enjoy the inviting pool and beach!
