I usually only rent my condominium between the
months of December and April.
This is a summary of rental conditions:

$5,280.00 per month (Includes Florida 10%
tourist, sales and use taxes)

Month rental paid in advance
-
$1,000 security deposit required
-
No pets or other animals
-
No smoking anywhere in the condominium or
balconies
-
Maximum occupancy is two adults
A complete rental agreement, including addition
details and conditions, is available upon request. |
